"I don’t know, the site just feels really..."
I don’t know, the site just feels really old-fashioned to me. There’s a lot going on, and it comes across kind of messy rather than clean or easy to use... I was hoping it would feel a bit more modern.

"It works, but it could definitely be smoother"
I mean, the site is okay overall. I was able to find what I needed, and the product pages were straightforward, so that part was fine. But then checkout took longer than I expected, and I kept feeling like I was missing something or clicking around more than I should have been. Also, a few of the filters didn’t load properly on my phone, which was kind of annoying in the moment. It’s not a bad site or anything, it just feels a little clunky and could use some smoother navigation.

"Still waiting on a fix after weeks"
I’m not trying to be unreasonable here, but it’s been weeks and my issue still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve contacted support and followed up, but nothing has actually been solved. At this point I feel like I’ve been patient, so it’s frustrating to still be stuck with the same problem

I placed my order and got the receipt email right away, but after that I barely heard anything for days. The delivery ended up taking much longer than what the site originally said, and I really needed it sooner. I kept checking my email for updates and there just wasn’t much to go on. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

The product details made it sound like I was getting one thing, but what showed up didn’t really match. I ended up having to double-check the specs myself, which was frustrating. Could be fine for some people, but for me it felt a bit hit or miss.

"Motor seems weak to me"
I tried using it with just regular batter, nothing crazy, and the motor was already struggling. Maybe I expected too much, but if it can’t handle normal batter then I feel like the motor just isn’t strong enough. Not really happy with it.

I was trying to pick up a couple of Elgi Ultra items, and while some were available, the one I actually wanted was out of stock for some reason. The site itself is easy enough to check, but I do wish the stock updates were a bit more reliable. It’s not a terrible experience, just kind of frustrating when you keep checking back and still can’t place the order.

"They Had the Parts, Eventually"
I was able to find the replacement parts I needed, which is more than I can say for some places. The ordering process was fine, but shipping took longer than I expected. Still, at least the parts showed up and did the job.

I’ve known Elgi Ultra for years, so I was comfortable ordering from their website. Still, I’m always a bit cautious with online shopping because I don’t want to get fooled by a fake or unreliable site, so the brand name definitely made me feel more confident.

The product details were clear enough, and the payment process felt safe, which was a relief. I just wish the delivery updates came a little more regularly, because after paying online I kept checking to make sure everything was moving properly.
Overall, I do trust the brand and I’d buy from them again. The product side felt fine, but the website experience could be a little smoother and more reassuring.

"First impression wasn’t great, and the warranty didn’t help"
My first impression after buying from elgiultra.com was that I’d be covered if anything went wrong, especially because of the warranty. But when my unit started having an issue, support told me it wasn’t covered. I ended up going back and forth with them for what felt like no real reason. Overall, it was frustrating and left me disappointed with the support.

"I figured the extra attachments would be useful..."
I figured the extra attachments would be useful, but they started breaking quickly. For the added cost, I’d expect them to last at least a decent amount of time. it just doesn’t feel worth paying extra for accessories that can’t handle normal use

I got this thinking it would be quiet enough for the kitchen, but it’s way louder than I expected. Maybe it’s just the way mine runs, I don’t know, but I can’t really use it early in the morning without feeling like I’m going to wake everyone up.

"Pretty decent selection, though I expected a bit more"
I checked out Elgiultra.com mostly for grinders and some kitchen items, and overall the range is decent. The main products I was looking for were there, and browsing through the categories wasn’t confusing or anything, so that part was fine.

That said, I did feel like some sections could use more options, especially different sizes or spare parts listed more clearly. If you already know exactly what you need, it works well enough, but if you’re trying to compare a few choices or figure out what fits best, it kind of leaves you thinking there should be more...

I was a bit confused because the price looked fine at first, but then extra costs only showed up when I got to checkout. To make it more confusing, the email seemed to say something different, so I wasn’t really sure what I was actually supposed to pay.

I had a smooth time using elgiultra.com!! It was simple to browse around, and I didn’t feel lost trying to find what I needed. The pages loaded fine, and checkout was easy enough to follow. I do wish some of the product details were a little easier to spot, but overall it was a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars!

"Slow help when I needed it"
I ordered a grinder and had a question about when it would arrive. I emailed customer service twice. I did not hear back until 5 days later. That was frustrating.

The grinder itself is fine. No big issues there. But the support felt slow and not very useful. They did reply in the end. It was just too late for me

"Okay service, just took a while"
The service was alright overall, but the after-sales support was a bit slow. I had to call a few times, and to be fair, I also wasn’t always free to follow up right away because of work, but it still felt like it took longer than it should have. They did eventually send a technician and fixed the issue, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the communication had been clearer and the response a bit quicker

"Checkout worked, but it was a little clunky"
I did manage to get my order placed in the end, so that part was fine. I was just trying to check out while finishing my coffee, and the pages were loading slower than I expected. The payment step also felt a bit confusing for a minute, like I wasn’t totally sure if everything had gone through. It worked out, but the whole process could’ve been a little smoother.
